Robert M. Greco

Robert is a graduate of Monmouth University where he obtained a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. He received his law degree from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and before the U.S. Tax Court. Robert is also licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in New York and is an IRS Enrolled Agent. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Monmouth County Bar Association and National Italian American Lawyer’s Association. He is also a member of the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants where he currently serves on the Finance Committee, Estate Planning Committee and IRS Liaison Committee. Robert is very actively involved in the Columbian Lawyer’s Association and serves as the organization’s Treasurer as well as being on their Scholarship Committee.

Michael J. Scotto

Michael attended St. John’s University where he received a Bachelors of Science in Finance and graduated Cum Laude. He received his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law and is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey. While in law school, Michael served as law clerk for the Honorable Roy S. Mahon in Nassau County Supreme Court. Prior to joining the firm, Michael worked as a senior analyst at Merrill Lynch and in the asset management group at Goldman Sachs.

Jeffrey A. Skiendziul, Esq.

Jeffrey is a graduate of Arcadia University where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and minored in Pre-Law. Shortly thereafter, he received his Juris Doctorate (JD) from Thomas M. Cooley Law School where he concentrated in Litigation. While attending law school, he was involved with the Student Bar Association and Moot Court as a competitor and student judge. Jeffrey is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court. Jeffrey was selected as a Rising Star by New Jersey Super Lawyers Magazine. Jeffrey is also an Eagle Scout who has an interest in numismatics, history, politics, and economics. Jeffrey is also bi-lingual and speaks Polish. In addition to Estate Planning, Jeffrey has previously represented clients in Municipal Court on Traffic Matters (including DWI), Criminal/Disorderly Persons Offenses, and Fish/Game Violations as well as in Superior Court on indictable Criminal Matters, Weapon Forfeiture hearings, and has handled appeals of firearms permit denials.
